How do i book my event date?To get started, you can submit an enquiry on our website via the Enquries page. Fill out the details provided outlining your specific requirements. A member of our team will reach out to you to discuss next steps and any custom requirements you may need. In order to secure the event date and goods and/or services, a deposit of 30% of the invoice is required upfront. This deposit must be paid within 5 days of the issued invoice. If the deposit is not paid, the booking will be forfeited.

Do i need to pay a bond?Yes, a refundable bond will be taken upon the booking of the event. The price of the bond is subject to goods or services provided. We understand that you will take care of our goods during the event, so this bond will be refunded within 3 business days after your event, provided that the goods are returned in the same condition they were delivered in.

What kind of events do you cater for?We are very diverse in the events we cater to. Ranging from Weddings, Engagements, Bridal Showers, Baby Showers, Birthdays and Corporate Events. We provide custom signage to cater to any of the above events and can work with you to bring your own design to life or if you prefer, we can offer our in house deisgner to develop these for you.

What locations do you service?We are based in Melbourne and service any location within Victoria. All our deliveries are subject to a delivery fee and may incur service fees depending on the nature of the work.

Can I customise or request specific themes for my event?Absolutely! We love helping bring your vision to life. Let us know your theme or specific requirements, and we’ll suggest the best props from our inventory or discuss custom options if needed.

Do you deliver and set up the props?Yes, we offer delivery, setup, and collection services for your convenience. Delivery charges vary based on location and the size of your order. For your convenience and peace of mind, all our products are available for delivery only.

How long is your hire period?Our standard hire period is 24 hours, unless agreed otherwise. Please note that additional charges may apply for extended hiring periods.

What happens if i cancel my event?We understand plans can change and unforseen circumstances may occur at times. Custom Work - Any events cancelled within 12 weeks of the event date which require custom work will have the 30% deposit forfeited and any other paid funds refunded. - Any events cancelled within 6 weeks of the event date which require custom work will not be subject to any refunds. Prop & Seating Hire - Any events cancelled within 2 weeks of the event date will have the 30% deposit forfeited and any other paid funds refunded. - Any events cancelled further than 2 weeks away will receive a full refund.
